Mission-driven organisations need the same operational rigour as any high-performing business. We bring that rigour — and genuine fluency in the sector's constraints.
Non-profits, international advocacy organisations, and AI governance think tanks face a distinctive challenge: they often operate with the strategic complexity of large institutions but with the resource constraints of startups. Process gaps, weak data infrastructure, and unclear impact metrics are common — and increasingly, funders and boards expect evidence.
We have worked on both the operational side — building internal systems, managing programme infrastructure, leading organisational AI adoption — and the research side: policy analysis, stakeholder engagement, and impact documentation across some of the sector's most credible organisations.
At IRAP, we managed programme systems and led the organisation's AI adoption strategy. For the National League of Cities, we conducted 50+ stakeholder interviews and co-authored a guidebook reaching 3,000+ municipalities. That breadth — from CRM setup to AI policy research — is what sets us apart in this space.
From internal systems to AI policy research — work that builds capacity, not dependency.
IRAP is a legal organisation that uses the power of law to protect and resettle refugees worldwide. We served as Program Manager — leading systems optimisation, managing programme operations, and directing the organisation's AI adoption strategy to improve operational efficiency and case management capacity.
Youth Legend is a mission-driven sports and youth development organisation. We built a data quality framework and Salesforce reporting infrastructure to support funder reporting and programme evaluation — giving the team clear visibility into impact outcomes and operational performance.
We understand the constraints — and we know how to work within them. Let's talk.
