Evidence-based analysis, program administration, and policy documentation for institutions where accountability is mandatory and the margin for error is low.
Government and multilateral institutions operate under a different kind of pressure than private sector organisations: public accountability, multi-stakeholder coordination, and the requirement to produce work that withstands political and technical scrutiny. The documentation must be precise. The reporting must be timely. The research must be defensible.
We have contributed to some of the most demanding projects in this space. At the Council of Europe, we managed the technical administration of a €3.3M EU-funded cybersecurity capacity building programme — coordinating across 45+ high-level stakeholder meetings and maintaining reporting to EU funders. At the National League of Cities, we conducted city innovation research across 15+ countries and co-authored a policy guidebook distributed to over 3,000 municipalities.
That experience — navigating grant bureaucracy, stakeholder politics, and evidence standards simultaneously — is exactly what complex public sector engagements require.
From EU grant reporting to cross-country policy research — work built for institutions that require rigour and accountability at every step.

The National League of Cities represents the municipal governments of over 3,000 US cities. We conducted city innovation research across 15+ countries, carried out 50+ stakeholder interviews, and co-authored a policy guidebook distributed across the NLC's full network of city partners.
Research analytics and programme support across international development and grant-funded research contexts. Data collection, research synthesis, and documentation support for UNDP-affiliated programmes and National Science Foundation-funded academic research.
Whether it's EU grant reporting, policy research, or stakeholder documentation — let's talk.
